Class Identifier

Representation of an Identifier that can serialized and deserialized. We use Identifier to represent the module "name" in "ModuleId" and the "function name" in "EntryFunction"

Serializes a Serializable value to its BCS representation. This function is the Typescript SDK equivalent of bcs::to_bytes in Move.
