Function createObjectAddress

Creates an object address from creator address and seed

createObjectAddress(creatorAddress, seed): AccountAddress
Parameters
- creatorAddress: AccountAddress
  The object creator account address
- seed: string | Uint8Array
  The seed in either Uint8Array | string type
Returns AccountAddress
The object account address
